Who we are
AdminBuddy ("we") provides managed online-presence services for small businesses. For personal data you share with us, we act as the data controller; for data we process on your behalf — such as your business email — we act as a data processor under a data processing agreement.
What we collect
Contact details you give us when you message us, the business information needed to build and run your online presence, and service usage records we keep to operate reliably and to meet our legal obligations.
Where your data lives
Data is stored in your region: European customers' data on EU infrastructure, US customers' data on US infrastructure.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your data at any time by messaging us. We comply with the GDPR for European customers and applicable US state privacy laws, including the CCPA/CPRA, for US customers.
